Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when an AUREXA COMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED order can be cancelled.
Customer Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the order is packed or dispatched. To request cancellation, email aurexaplt@aurexaplt.com or call +91 7870603890 with order and contact details.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. The customer may follow the refund process if the delivered product is damaged, defective or incorrect.
Store Cancellation
AUREXA COMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED may cancel an order if payment fails, product stock is unavailable, address details are incomplete, the order appears suspicious or fulfilment is not possible.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch and approved by support, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
